Child custody investigation uncovers dangers, client awarded full custody.

Salient Strategic was contacted by an attorney partner to investigate the safety of children in a situation where custody was awarded in part to the client’s ex-wife.

Our investigation started by documenting the subject’s long history of driving offenses, the high rate of frequency she would stay out late drinking, questionable social media content, and the sub optimal living conditions at her home. This was helpful, but we wanted more.

The “coupe de grâce” came when digging into her new boyfriend, an ex-felon with a violent drug conviction— something the court could not ignore. Because they were living together, the totality of the circumstances pushed the decision in the favor of our client.
